You can carry out basic photo fixes both in the Organizer and the Editor's Quick mode, and it's not made clear which you should use and why. In general, though, the Quick, Guided and Expert modes in the Editor now blend really well. You can choose the one which most closely matches your experience and understanding, and it's also possible to switch modes halfway through editing.

Moving objects and letting content aware figure it out sounds fun. It works, but having all of these added features would make it so muc easier to make beautiful pages. I want to get photoshop, but financially am unable. I would like photoshop 11 but have I think the way the actions are loaded in 11 make it exciting.
I plan on upgrading. I truly love Adobe Photoshop Elements and am currently enjoying vs. With 10 Great Grandchildren, I make hundreds of scrapbook pages whereby my family waits in anticipation to see the results forcurret events recitals, birthdays, etc. With my creativity always energized, I would be so excited to receive the new version Thank you for considering me. The Content Aware Fill function in the straightening tool is a wonderful addition! I have always disliked having to crop the photo to remove the empty edges.
Sounds like this works great! I also like the Auto Smart Tone feature. Would be great to win a copy!! I did make one very simple page last week in PSE5.
It worked ok. I need to learn more. I really liked the quick edit additions and pet red eye features in I would love to upgrade to PE I only have PE9 now and, especially with all the enhancements and improvements, it is time for an upgrade.
Thank you for the opportunity to enter the drawing. I have long needed the Pet eye removal tool! I take a lot of pet photos and always had to open my pet photo first in Paint Shop Pro to modify the eyes with their tool; then Save, then re-open in PSE. I would very much love to win a copy as I could not afford to upgrade otherwise. The new features sound good, but I am disappointed to learn the magic extractor is being eliminated.
I am certainly interested in upgrading, I currently have PSE 10 and with the changes made over the last two updates believe it would be well worth it. I enjoy the time saving improvements as well as the restoration features. Looking forward to having some fun with this,. I have PSE 10 and money is really tight being a single mom.

I would love to try the new features of Photoshop Elements 12, especially the new guided edit functions. It looks like a cool upgrade! Love this version. Am currently using PSE 9. Love the content aware move tool and magic rubber is much easier to use the the magic extractor. Pet eyes also very useful. And the ease of loading actions.

I find I have less to learn if I stay up on the upgrades. Yearly it does get expensive. I still have your photoshop class from the 11 version I have not had a chance to complete. So winning the 12 would be awesome. They I could justify a new class and hopefully finish it before another new version comes out. Again, thank you for the opportunity to possible win.

I would like to upgrade to PSE I like the auto fill for the align tool, that is something I do frequently. I also like the idea of the pet eye tool. I would like to stay up to date with PSE.
It is always fun to learn new things and the new version appears to have some features I would appreciate. After watching the video describing the new features in E12, I am so tempted to upgrade from E 11, but I would miss the magic extractor. Thank you, Linda, for your most informative video. Because of that video, I am giving serious thoughts to upgrading.
And I really appreciate an opportunity to get a free upgrade. You could easily run PSE 11 if you needed to use the Magic extractor. No need to delete a perfectly good Software program. Just a thought. I have version 9, but would love to be able to upgrade to Version 12 with all of its new features. I especially like the new jigsaw feature, the fill in for the straighten tool, and the auto smart tool and quick edits. I continue to be amazed al everything that can be done in this program to improve my photos.
I have used PSE to make notecards and calendars for gifts, and I always tell friends who use other photo-editing software what a great program PSE is, and that in my opinion PSE is just as good as the more expensive softwares on the market. I would love to win Elements I currently have Elements 6. I would love to try all the new features.

Why I want to upgrade I am a teacher of art and have been devoted to using the simple version of Elements instead of the more advanced version of Photoshop.
Most of my students want to learn quick results. Photoshop can take months of study and and implementing the process over and over again to become good at the many uses. When I finally get the show them the great things they can do with Elements and the time they save….
Elements 12 here I come. I am going to upgrade!! I have been waiting and waiting for this new upgrade. I am considering upgrading from PSE 9 to I have been waiting for the latest release. Not only will I get pet eye removal, the camera raw improvement, and auto smart tone I will also get previous version upgrades too.
The down side is losing the magic extractor. I use Photoshop elements 11 and I enjoy it. Protoshop elements 12 sounds like the pet tool would be good to have. I can not pass up the upgrade.
I have done this each year myself until my Mom started doing this for me as a Christmas gift starting with version 6. She passed away in and in her memory, I still do this each year no matter what. Keeps us connected, so to speak! I always enjoy using the new techniques in new versions. I have learned over the years that upgrading when a new version of PSE comes out is the best way to stay current with the changes. Also, the new Digital Scrapper tutorials will embrace the new version and I learn more about the new version through them.

I have been using Photoshop for over 8 years— I have tried other programs and I always come back to what I know. There were so many changes to PSE 11, that I feel like there is still much to learn. But…the two new features in PSE 12 that really caught my eye are the content aware move and being able to easily open more than one photo in Camera RAW! Both of these features will come in very handy. I just recently upgraded to PSE 11 from version 7. Once I feel more comfortable using PSE 11 an upgrade maybe in the works.

I love photography. It is such a creative outlet and PSE is such a creativity booster!!!! I would love to upgrade I think the auto smart tone would be fun to play with and the content aware move is something I could have used with past photos. They keep making it easier to use! I will probably upgrade as I currently have PSE 10 and usually upgrade with every other version. I use Photoshop on occasion but love what it can do and need to use it more. Would love to win this new version! Looks like a great program. I have vers. Um, awesome! I really like some of the new features like the Photo Effects and Camera Raw. With kids in sports love the Zoom Burst. The new tools in PSE 12 look amazing!
I have been waiting for PSE12 and would really, really love to upgrade. I have been thinking about moving over to PSE while rebuilding my Laptop. Reason being, I am so afraid of loosing CS6 if ever I have a problem with my desk top. Might be a good time to learn another version. My husband usually purchases the new version for me each year.

Have not used it since v2 I think ; I can imagine how far its come over the years. I love using Photoshop Elements and I have version Will version 12 be compatable with Windows 7? I plan to upgrade because I like the fact that it is more connected with your iPhone and iPad. I take iPhone photos frequently.
I also like the other features , they look like they will help turn your photo into something great. I love that you can actually own your own version still of Elements whereas not so much for PS. I plan to upgrade and not just for the features but because I upgraded my laptop. I was disappointed that my old PSE program was not going to get to use everything so the 64 bit is going to be nice.

I find that part incredible clunky and buggy. Thanks Linda, your tutorials and monthly packages are the best. I like the new pet eye thing and the effects so I would upgrade because of this. But I have to be honest, I get the new one every year, it is my Christmas present to myself, I can usually get a good deal on Black Friday. I need to get back into and Photoshop Elements 12 will help me with that!!
At this point, there are not enough changes for me to make upgrading worth the price but winning a free copy of Elements 12 would be wonderful.

I am a big Organizer fan, and I read that there are some very worthwhile features in Version I like what I see in the zoom burst and the auto smart tone features in the new Editor. I currently have v10 but am taking a class in v I really like the screen changes. Much easier to find features. I will probably download the trial version of 12 to see how it works with my photos.

Am delighted to hear Adobe PSE will be transitioning to 64 bit. I would love to win elements I love 11 and I think the tonal effects you did were very cool. I will probably buy it, but not until after the holidays. I plan on upgrading , at present I have 10, but love the thought of that auto smart tool, and the pet eye tool, I like PSE10 and use it quite a bit, but would love to try the latest version. If Adobe would ever have Elements include full justification of text and kerning, I would be over the moon!!
Would love to upgrade from 11 to The pet feature for the eyes is awesome!! I take pet pictures all the time and the eyes is one of my biggest pet peeves. I currently have PSE I usually upgrade every years, so with the new features in 11 and now 12, I think upgrading is a good idea. It is awesome to see the new features — thanks for sharing the newest photoshop preview.. If you don't have the serial number, you can install the product and try it for a limited trial duration.
